Last month Brandy was involved in a car accident that resulted in a fatality and it turns out the accident was her fault. It has been reported that on December 30th she was driving down a freeway in Los Angeles, what she failed to notice was that the traffic in front of her had slowed down and as a result she ended smashing into the car in front of her. Which in turn hit another car and then slid into the path of yet another car. The driver was taken to the hospital but died the next day. Brandy wasn't arrested, but an investigation is under way.

i cant believe she got away with murder. had that been your average person, they would have been convicted of vehicular manslaughter and would have done some time for the crime. BUT because she is a 'd-list celeb' and she can afford that best defense attorneys in the world she got off. that makes me sick.
and now she's on dancing with the stars, pretending she is actually well liked and pretending the world is made up of rainbows and butterflies...go to jail brandy.
She was just voted off the show! She actually mentioned the "accident" on the show and claimed she wasn't at fault.
I think what America did was look up the details on the internet and found it was NEVER proven she wasn't at fault.
I think she needs to have a lawyer explain to her that settling out of court doesn't mean you weren't at fault.
