So if Nicole is convicted of a DUI from Monday's arrest she must serve a mandatory jail sentence of 5 days in prison. She'd also lose her licence for a year and have to attend an alcohol education program for a year and a half. This would be pretty hot gossip and in a cruel way quite exciting. The problem is if your anything like me you'll read this and just think 'fuck that.. bullshit she'll go to prison.' We all know only real people go to prison. Celebs murder people, get caught with heroin and just get a fine! Please please please let me be wrong.....
